Application Management(Free Plan): Manage Application

Application management has become an essential part of the way we work, communicate and process the student application. With the help of application management, we track and view the process of the student application.

Application Details

In the application details, we can view the student/lead progress and status. If you are an admin with access rights to manage accounts can view the application status.

Here I have listed out the verifying the application process.

  1. In the application dashboard, once you click on the lead, the application view will be displayed.
  2. You can verify the Applied on, Applied by, Status and profile details,
  3. Next, you can edit the Application checklist in which all the documents are collected by the leads.
  4. If the documents are not submitted, we can update the reason also.
  5. Then Attachments link of each student has listed out in the attachment box.
  6. If the student documents are verified or notes taken which will be verified and confirmed by the admin by updating her signature.
  7. Then you can click the “Confirmed and Process the application” button
Adding Task

In the application details, we can view the student/lead progress and status. If you are an admin with access rights to manage accounts can add the application task.

To adding a task on Entrily with application window view, follow these steps:

In the application dashboard, once you click on the lead, the application view will be displayed.

Click the “Task” option on the left side menu.

You can view the applied task status.

Then click “Add Task” on the right side menu,

Fill the details of Template, Task type, Date, Time, Remainder and Task details.

Then click “ Save” button

Task will update to the particular application.

Adding Notes

In the application details, we can view the student/lead progress and status. If you are an admin with access rights to manage accounts can add the Notes.

To adding Notes on Entrily with application window view, follow these steps:

In the application dashboard, once you click on the lead, the application view will be displayed.

Click the “Notes” option on the left side menu.

Then click “Add Note” on the right side menu,

Update the note points and select the option whether its notify through email.

Then click “ Add” button

Notes will be updated to the particular application.

Adding Attachments

In the application details, we can view the student/lead progress and status. If you are an admin with access rights to manage accounts can add the attachments

In the application dashboard, once you click on the lead, the application view will be displayed.

Click the “Attachment” option on the left side menu.

Then click “Add an attachment” on the right side menu,

Drag or upload the document through a browse file with the size of 5mb.

If you need confidential, click “yes” in the option.

Then click “Upload” button

Attachments will be updated to the particular application.

View Tuition Fees

In the application details, we can view the student/lead progress and status. If you are an admin with access rights to manage accounts can add the attachments

In the application dashboard, once you click on the lead, the application view will be displayed.

Click the “Attachment” option on the left side menu.

There we can view the Tuition fee status.

Mailbox

In the application details, we can view the student/lead progress and status. If you are an admin with access rights to manage accounts can use the mailbox

To adding an attachments on Entrily with application window view, follow these steps:

  1. In the application dashboard, once you click on the lead, the application view will be displayed.
  2. Click the “MailBox” option on the left side menu.
  3. Select the “compose” option on the right side menu
  4. Select the template name to send email to the student through Entrily CRM.
  5. The content will be displayed according to the selected template.
  6. Add the attachment to the mail if it's required
  7. Then click the “Send” button, And that’s it.
  8. Email will be sent successfully.
Call History

In the application details, we can view the student/lead progress and status. If you are an admin with access rights to manage accounts to view the call history.

In the application dashboard, once you click on the lead, the application view will be displayed.

Click the “Timeline” option on the left side menu.

There we can view the call history of each student data with the created person and date.

Application Management(Free Plan): Track Applications Details

In application management, if you want to track students' progress through Entrily CRM is a simple way to track it. And you can see the progress date wise. Student Agents, Education Counsellors, Recruiters and Admission Consultants, or any employee can track the student progress.

Track Application Management

In the application tracking management you can track the student progress from applied to closed process, according to the date wise.

To track the application status of the student on the application page, follow these steps:

  1. 1.Click the “Application” button in the menu bar
  2. Select the student name in the application dashboard.
  3. In the application dashboard, you can view each and every process of applications status through it. Every process happens according to a certain period from applied to enrolment process.
  4. The application tracking process was viewed and reviewed by Student Agents, Education Counsellors, Recruiters and Admission Consultants, or any employee in the application dashboard.

Application Management (Free Plan): Add Application Notes

In the application dashboard, A Student Agents, Education Counsellors, Recruiters and Admission Consultants, or any employee are able to add notes to the students with lead information

In the application management, a note can be updated for the students information and it will directly send to their inbox.

To create a notes to student on Entrily, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Application” button in the menu bar
  2. Click the student name on the dashboard, it shows the student profile page.
  3. Click the “Notes” option in the left sidebar in the Application detail section.
  4. Click the “Add Notes” button in your right sidebar
  5. Fill the details of admission information and click “Yes” to send notification to their inbox
  6. Then click the “Add” button. And that’s it!
  7. Notes will be added to the application dashboard.

Application Management (Free Plan): Add Application Tasks

Add your application task in application management in Entrily CRM.In that, student Agents, Education Counsellors, Recruiters Admission Consultants, or any employee are able to add tasks to the students on the application page.

In the Application dashboard, Entrily CRM tasks can be assigned a due date and category to help your students workflow and achieve your objectives.

To create a new task for the student on the application page, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Course” button in the menu bar
  2. Select the Student name
  3. Click the “Task” button on your left sidebar
  4. Select “Add Task” on the right side
  5. Fill in the following details for the search templates, date, time, reminder, task type, and task detail.
  6. Click the “Save” button
  7. The student task has been successfully updated in the application dashboard and closes the dashboard.

Application Management (Free Plan): Add Attachments

Add your attachments like certificate and documents in the application management dashboard in Entrily CRM. In that, student Agents, Education Counsellors, Recruiters Admission Consultants, or any employee are able to add attachment to the students on the application page.

To add a new attachments for the student on the application page, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Application” button in the menu bar
  2. Select the Student name
  3. Click the “Attachments” button on your left sidebar
  4. Select “Add an attachments” on the right
  5. Attach the following documents and Fill the details for the file name, drag/drop or browse the file in the given format with maximum given size, and select “yes” to keep your document confidential.
  6. Click the “Upload” button
  7. The document has been successfully updated in the application dashboard and closes the dashboard.

Application Management (Free Plan): Course Log History

In application management, Student Agents, Education Counsellors, Recruiters and Admission Consultants, or any employee can view the account timeline to get a report about the course details.

To view the application timeline in the application dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Application” button in the menu bar
  2. Select the Student name
  3. Click the “Timeline” button on your left sidebar
  4. From this application timeline settings, Student Agents, Education Counsellors, Recruiters and Admission Consultants, or any employee can view activity history, course process and student activity details will appear with date & time.
  5. The Associate, student agent, education counsellors, recruiters and employees can view the student timeline and make a track of how their process has been successfully updated in the dashboard.

Application Management (Free Plan): Send Mail Through Application Window

In application management, sending mail to the students through the application window will help the students to stay updated about their courses. Student Agents, Education Counsellors, Recruiters, Admission Consultants, or any employee can send the mails.

In the application management dashboard, Entrily CRM can send mail to the students' by pre-prepared email templates.

To send email to the students process, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Application” button in the menu bar
  2. Select the student name
  3. Click the “Mailbox” button on application details
  4. Now you can click “compose” in the right side to compose mail
  5. Fill the following information, select the students email ID, select template, add subject, compose your main message, and add attachments or templates or profile attachments.
  6. Click “Send” Or “ Save Draft”
  7. The student mail has been successfully created in the mailbox dashboard and closes the dashboard.

Application Management(Free Plan): Track Tuition Fees

In application management, tracking tuition fees is related to a deal or a contract that allows you to keep a complete history of your students in the admission process. Student Agents, Education Counsellors, Recruiters, Admission Consultants, or any employee can track the students tuition fees status.

  1. Click the “Application” button in the menu bar
  2. Select the student name
  3. Click the “Tuition fees” button on application details
  4. Now you can see the full details of tuition fee of student
  5. The student tuition fees have been successfully viewed in the application dashboard and closes the dashboard.

In application management, Quick operation is related to a deal with the admission process in another or additional institution. It helps students to get a better admission. Student Agents, Education Counsellors, Recruiters, Admission Consultants, or any employee can view the students quick operations status.

  1. Click the “Application” button in the menu bar
  2. Select the student name
  3. Click the “Quick lines” button on application details and there will be a sub topic.
  4. Click “Other Application’’ for student’s additional admission process.
  5. Click “Other Application’’ for student’s additional admission process.

To track students recommended application process, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Application” button in the menu bar
  2. Select the student name
  3. Click the “Quick lines” button on application details and there will be a sub topic.
  4. Click “Recommended’’ for the student's third preferences in the admission process.
  5. Now you can see the full details of students' recommended details in the quick operation dashboard.
