Settings (Free Plan): General

In the General Settings, we’ll be looking at how to update your Firm’s Logo and Favicon.

Logo: In the Logo Section, you can upload your logo by clicking the “Choose File” tab.

Favicon: To add your Favicon, you can click the “Choose Files” Tab and then click “Update” once you have uploaded both the Favicon & Logo of yours.

Settings (Free Plan): Profile Settings

Profile Settings will let you add your Firm Details.

  1. Update General Details

Update General Details:

  1. You can update the General Details by clicking the “Time Zone” drop down list & choose any of the locations according to your source of work.
  2. Next in the “Currency” Drop down list, choose any of the currencies that matches your country.
  3. You will also have the option to choose your working currency by clicking the “My Work Currency” drop down list.
  4. Next to the “My work currency”, you will be able to choose the respective language from the “Language”drop down list.
  5. Next you can choose whether you need the option for supporting Emails & SMS from the option Buttons as“Support Email” & “Support SMS”.
  6. Below the SMS & Email options, you can select or change the “Date Formats” listed in six different tabs.
  7. You can Provide your firm’s name in the “Application Name” field.
  8. Your Domain URL can be updated in the “Site Address”field.
  9. The “Meta Title”field is where you can fill up your Firm’s desired title.
  10. In the “ Meta Description”field you can fill up your firm’s about.
  11. Then you can edit the name of the Director and Authorized Signatory in the respective “Director Name” & “Authorized Signatory Name” Fields.

After the desired changes are made, you can click the “Update” button.

Update Students Login:

To update Student Login page’s Permission, Click on the “View”for the following and Select any of the radio buttons from “Course Category”and choose the Checklists from the “Course List” to update.

  1. Off the Page
  2. Qualification
  3. Employment History
  4. Personal Statement
  5. Fee
  6. Checklist & Declarations

Note: You will also have an option to showcase these to the students even without Course Selection for respective areas.

Update Mail Settings:

You can update the Mail general settings as well as the Individual Mail Permissions for choosing the default mail templates.

General: By clicking the “Edit”, you can configure the mail setting for the following,

  1. Server Name
  2. Port
  3. From Name
  4. Port
  5. Host
  6. Email
  7. Password

Individual Mail Permissions: By clicking the “View”under the individual mail permissions section, you will be able to configure the templates from the checkboxes given and update for the following entities,

  1. All
  2. Agent
  3. Contact
  4. Employee
  5. Student
  6. University

Update SMS Settings: In the “SMS Settings” section, you will be able to edit & update the following,

  1. URL
  2. Route
  3. UserName
  4. Sender ID
  5. API Key
  6. Filterdups

Update Profile Status Settings:In the Profile Status Settings section, by clicking the “Edit”you will be able to edit & update for the following,

  1. Student Profile Status
  2. University Profile Status
  3. Associate Profile Status
  4. Contact Profile Status
  5. Student Lead Source Status
  6. Checklist Status
  7. Contact Lead Source Status

Update Other Settings: In the Other Setting Section, you will be able to add or delete respective options, categories, Questions, etc, for the following fields from the “Select a Field” drop down menu,

  2. Blog Tags
  3. Blog Category
  4. Country
  5. Course category
  6. Course Feedback Questions
  7. Course Level
  8. Course Subject Category
  9. Currency
  10. Domain
  11. Download category
  12. Nationality

The role permission can be given in the profile settings for the following sections.

Entities

Admin Can Control The Entities for Students, Associates, Employees, Courses, Universities Etc. By selecting ‘No/Edit/View’, Click ‘Update’to save the changed settings. This can be changed at any time.

Dashboard :

In the Dashboard, Admin can Enable or disable the settings for Dashboard summary.

Students

For the students, the following list of permissions can be given.

Students details, the suggested universities,shortlisted university, students applied university, invoices & fees, students task, notes, attachments regarding the applications, mailbox, SMS, timeline and call logs

Universities

For the universities, the following list of permissions can be given.

Students details, the selected courses, notes, attachments regarding the applications, mailbox, SMS and timeline can be enabled or Disabled

Courses :

For the Courses, the following list of permissions can be given.

  1. In the Details ; Course information, Available course Terms, Important Course Dates, Course contact, Eligibility requirements, Course fee are the Details can be enabled or Disabled
  2. User Also Can Enable or Disable Attachments,Notes, Timelines, Tasks, Mailbox at any time

Employees :

  • For the employees, the following list of permissions can be given.
  • Students details, the suggested universities,shortlisted university, students applied university, invoices & fees, students task, notes, attachments regarding the applications, mailbox and timeline can be enabled or Disabled

Associates :

For the associates, the following list of permissions can be given.

Students details, the suggested universities,shortlisted university, students applied university, invoices & fees, students task, notes, attachments regarding the applications, mailbox and timeline can be enabled or Disabled

Applications :

  1. The application details can be downloaded as Pdf or can be sent via mail can be enabled or disabled.
  2. User Also Can Enable or Disable Attachments,Notes, Timelines, Tasks, Mailbox at any time

Other :

  1. For the Courses, the following list of permissions can be Enabled or disabled: Reports, Application Status, Invite Student, Invite Associate, Progress Status Import ,Status , Groups, Checklist Groups Invite Freelance,Lesson Plan.
  2. These changes will be applied once the ‘Update’ Button has got Clicked.

To add the support details,follow the below steps

  1. Type the “ Page Name “
  2. Type the “ Page Title “
  3. Type the “ Activity Help “
  4. Type the “ Description “
  5. Click “ Add Support “

Profile Status (Student)

For Student,Once the student is created the profile status will be opened automatically and in the profile status option the applied status of a student will be selected and it will be directly reflected in the student's profile.

Profile Status (University)

For University,Once the student is created the profile status will be opened automatically and in the profile status option the applied status of a student will be selected and it will be directly reflected in the student's profile.

Profile Status (Agent)

For Agent,Once the student is created the profile status will be opened automatically and in the profile status option the applied status of a student will be selected and it will be directly reflected in the student's profile.

Lead Source Status (Student)

The students allotted to either employee/agents/associate will be selected here and it will directly reflect in the student's profile.

Settings (Free Plan): Change Your Password, Email, Personal Info

To change the personal info and credentials, follow the below steps

  1. Click the “Admin”button in the top right corner.
  2. The profile settings will be open.
  3. Select the “Edit” option on the top right side.
  4. Name, Mail ID, password, address, contact number, address can be changed.
  5. Click“Update”
